WEEK 37 - YEHYEH YAYA

It's going to be a nervy last Sunday, but City have one man to thank for staying at the top.  He went awol, as did their form, after the African Cup of Nations, but it's no surprise to see him at the heart of their recovery.   His performance at Newcastle was awesome.  Surely he is the most complete midfielder in the world today?

So, Blackburn and their chickens are down& either Bolton or QPR will join them.  Could there be 2 harder places to visit this season than The Etihad and The Britannia?  Throw in the Champions league fight and never has there been so much at stake on the final day, and that is mirrored in Prem Predictions.

Well done to Matt Holmes, our 37th dfferent weekly winner, and meanwhileKevin Ellis holds onto his lead, but there are now only 26 pts seperating the top 5!  In other words, every time a goal is scored on Sunday the top 5 will probably change, and we won't know the winner until the 95th minute or so.  But if they all go too conservative again could the late charging Brian York pip them all with some ballsy predictions?    Also close is the battle for the best minileague, with Tottendeen top scoring this week on average and re-taking top spot from Smiths & Seymour, but only 11 pts seperate them - Make sure you all get your wekk 38 scores in guys as those 0's can hurt!

ps - I've been sent another photo of one of you lot this week, only this time the man in question doesn't know!   Beware losing a bet in this game, cos if you come bottom of the Side Pot Minileague, which Dan Schofield did last season, there is a price to pay!   Here is Dan in the teeny speedos he had to wear for an entire week on the boys trip to Marbella last summer.  Very nice mate!   Luckily Dan won't come last this season but goodness knows what they have planned for Iain Moses!   Atb, Ciro
