Weeks 35 and 36 - Burnley and Hull join Pompey, and it's lucky Seven again for the Blues

I sincerely hope I am not being a little premature, but 23 goals is a lot for Hull to make up in 2 games! Hard luck to all of you in the Tigers minileague, the rest of us can breathe again. As for the "Big" one..it's going to go to the wire, and how ironic that Liverpool could get to have the final say in the title race after all. I say big one, but from a financial perspective, the battle for 4th is worth a lot more...and that's going to be even tighter

WEEK 35 - Apologies for not updating the tables after week 35 - That volcano even managed to cause disruption here! Obviously we had a winner and it's only right that he gets his moment in the spotlight. So well done to Chris Brandt, who scored an impressive 236 to see off the only other person to score 200+, Geoff Embley's (215). For the record, These were Chris's predictions. Everton scored the fastest goal in 4 mins at Blackburn and 16 of you scored 36 bonus pts for calling that right.

WEEK 36 - Jason Nicholas held a pretty strong lead at the top after Week 35, but that has now changed and it looks like we have a straight head-to-head fight to finish. It's classic boy v girl, with Jason now only 27 pts clear of Hailey Ackrill. Hailey has form in this game as she came 3rd in 2005/6, but can she become the first woman to ever win? A lot of minileagues are still in the balance too. Finally well done to our week 36 winner, Lee Latchford Evans, who scored a massive bonus assisted 249, excellent given some of the scores this week. Atb, Ciro
