I thought it would be simpler to wait to update the tables, which means that our Week 19 winner, Neil Sloan, misses out on a bit of glory, but I'm sure he won't mind too much. He scored a brilliant 232 pts to win the fifty squid. But like me, I bet he'd rather have seen a few less teams around the bottom picking up surprise pts in Week 20.
The only team down there to actually lose was Liverpool, with Wolves scoring their first goat at Anfield for 26 years. It's quite possible that by the time you read this, Uncle Roy may have departed. Not a good Christmas week for the old codgers with Uncles Gerard and Avram also on the verge and Uncle Arsene's team selection at Wigan perhaps showing signs of Xmas over indulgence. Though Uncle Alex seems to be holding up well as Utd go 18 unbeaten.
The tables have all been updated with the Week 20 totals, but I have included your Week 19 scores so you can see how you got on there as well. Stuart Folwell continues to lead, though this was mainly due to Declan Shortiss managing to get all 10 predictions wrong and score minus 54 in Week 19. For the record, Ant McPartlin scored the most combined pts over Xmas with 304, but he didn't do enough to prevent Ian Greenwood from winning Week 20 with 200 pts (see below).
Seeing as Weeks 21 and 22 are also close together, the next update will be a double like this one and should be done by Thursday 6 January
