I honestly
cannot remember a more incredible week in football. Hot on the heels
of Everton's amazing comeback at Old Trafford, Chelsea put up probably the
most amazing performance I have ever seen in Europe (yes Liverpool fans, that
includes your 15 minute comeback v Milan!). Gary Neville certainly
enjoyed it. If you fancy a nice quiet drive or quick
service at a restaurant, I can recommend Monday night. The streets will
almost certainly by deserted between 8-10pm (well, maybe
not Old Compton Street)...bring it on! Hard luck to Wolves, but welcome back to the Prem to Reading and
their amazing manager Matt Lucas. How he has managed to lead that group
of players to the Championship, in between TV commitments, is beyond me.
The
Predictions league wasn't about to miss out on all the fun, and as well as
throwing up an unlikely winner in Andy Milligan (well done mate - the only play
to score 200+), we have a new leader, and he has timed his run to perfection,
waiting 35 weeks to hot the top spot! Richard Ward is that man (thanks to
his bonus choice netting him 60 pts), and now only 39 separate the top
4. Well done also to Chris Dane and Declan Donnelly who will meet
in the Predictions Cup Final in week 36. This is the year 2nd running

With only 3
weeks to go, I thought we should have a closer look at how the minileagues are
faring in case some of you don't use the link. The best performing is
Tottendeen, 14 pts clear on average from Smiths and Seymour, but Links Plus,
Soccer 6, HMV or the Dancing Bears could still win it if their
