It certainly does for Jermain Defoe. If his legs were 2 inches longer, Spurs would have won a pulsating game 3-2 at City and thrown the title race even wider open. Either that or he could have run a bit quicker, did he not realise there was a cross coming in?! In the end SuperMario made them pay, though I know Spurs fans will argue he shouldn't have even been on the pitch. There might be a ban coming his way regardless. Could be the beginning of a tough week for Harry, what with his tax evasion court case starting. But I'm sure he has nothing to worry about there, as apparently Ken Dodd has been giving him some advice. And judging by Liverpool's performance at Bolton, he's also been helping out Kenny Dalglish.
Stewart Wilson is our weekly winner, the 6th from the Scottish minileague this season, and his score of 188 was particularly good in a week when 36 goals were scored in the Premier League and therefore minus points were inevitable. 173 of you succumbed. 2nd placed Mitchell Woolf was a casualty, slipping down the table to 8th, whilst Paul Bryant makes the biggest move in the opposite direction.
