What do you get if you predict Blackburn to win 3-2 at Old Trafford (I always said that Steve Kean was a good manager!), Villa to win 3-1 at The Bridge, Sunderland beat City 1-0 and Spurs to draw 1-1 at Swansea? Odds of around 5million to one (seriously!) and an unhappy birthday for one pensioner. This is what makes the Premier League the most exciting, and unpredictable in the world! Despite this, some of you still scored impressively, though there were plenty of minus scores too, with over 100 of you falling foul of the upsets.
It's taken exactly half of the season (where does thetime go?) but we finally have our first female weekly winner. Well done to Nicola Donnelly, whose score of 198 included 4 spot on predictions - every single one of this week's 4 score draws - impressive! Chris Franklin deserves credit too as he has now lead overall for around 6 weeks, though he only has 17 pts in hand now. Kevin Ellis and Simon Rogers make the biggest inroads to the top 10. Once again, Happy New Year to you all! Atb, Ciro
PS - If you're wondering about Week 21 fixtures, they will be sent out after the FA Cup 3rd Round games. Talking of which, out own Predictions Cup competition will start soon..watch this space!
