Week 4: Big time scores abound

The big Four all won this week and conceeded no goals, so its was always going to be a high scoring week. But I'm still always surprised when someone hits 300! Well done to Marie Stone whose score of 313 not only wins her £50 but catapults her from 135th into the lead! Plenty of you scored 200+ and have also made up places

Bonus Team: Birmingham - 36 seconds v Derby. The maximum 60 pts were available here and 56 people took fill advantage. Brum were actually the most popular choice so maybe you guys are not as stupid as your names suggest!

Week 3: When the going gets tough...

A much tougher week, and many of you have been hit with minus scores! -69 was the biggest hit for David Blair - ouch!: 100+ was a good score, so well done to weekly winner Matt Holmes, whose 158 just edged out Leon Pidgeon and Daniel Kenton. Seb Marr is our new overall leader and is now 20 pts clear of Matthew Jenns, whilst Leon Pidgeon moves up 190 places to 16th. All 3 are Crystal Palace fans - I don't really know what to make of that! Further down this page you will see that I've made a note of who supports who, and once again, it is Liverpool who are the best supported. ATB, Ciro

Bonus team: Spurs, 2 mins v Derby. 24 pts available here and despite their poor start, Spurs were the most popular choice and choice of 73 of you took advantage (Newcastle were next popular!) Speaking as someone who doesn't like Spurs very much, I have to say I was pleased for Martin Jol as the pressure placed upon a good manager and decent bloke after just 2 games is disgraceful

NB - Remember, if you want to be a guest "columnist" here let me know. You can write about whatever takes your fancy - perhaps someone can explain to me how Sheff Utd (and Neil Warnock!) suing West Ham works? Funny how they never compained about the FA's decision when they beat us 3-0 in April to go 10 pts clear of us. I think other teams who don't get their way should sue. Maybe England can sue the Argentinian FA for Maradona's handball in 86? Liverpool could sue Rob Styles for giving the worst penalty decision yesterday I think I have seen in years? or I could sue the Sunday League team that beat my lot last season cos the ref never showed up and one of their guys reffed the game and cheated? Sheff Utd - Let it go!
